Student Code Of Conduct
The Lilydale Heights College
Student Code of Conduct is based on the following principles:
- Students will learn in a stimulating and challenging
environment that is demonstrated through cooperative
behaviours.
- Students will be encouraged to have pride in
their learning and in their school.
- Students have the right to be safe in and out
of the classroom.
- Students will respect others and be respected
by others, valuing diversity.
- All students regardless of year level, will be
expected to obey the reasonable and clearly expressed
rules, both in and out of the classroom.
- Students will have an active responsibility in
their commitment to their learning and to the rights
of others.
- Parents have an obligation to support the College
and their student in the College's efforts to develop
and maintain a productive learning environment.
- Principal, Assistant Principals and Staff will
implement the "Whole School Approach" Code of Conduct
fairly, reasonably and consistently.
