Welfare
Our College places great importance upon the well-being
of all students and our Welfare and Discipline Policy
focuses on positive outcomes for all.
We offer a range of programs including Peer Support,
Supportive Friends and Health and Well-Being Days.
Pastoral Teachers and Year Level Managers and Sub-school Leaders provide
individual and group support and encouragement.
We have a Student Welfare Coordinator available to all
students. The College Adolescent Health Nurse and Careers Coordinator
are also available for students to access as they need. Assistant Principals have an active role in supporting
students and we have access to School Support Services
(Psychologists) and a mentoring program (Youth Workers).
Asthma Friendly School
The Asthma Friendly Schools Program is a national initiative aimed at improving quality of life, health outcomes and well being for school children with asthma.

National Asthma Week
1-7 September 2009
With 1 in 6 children and 1 in 9 adults having asthma, National Asthma Week provides a great opportunity to raise awareness about this common condition. Educational seminars and other activities will be conducted during National Asthma Week to raise community awareness about the impact asthma can have on people's lives.
This years theme is 'Do you know what to do?'.
