Ensemble Manager
For each ensemble, one or two students will be selected. An ensemble manager’s role is to support the conductor. Ensemble managers assist by:
- assist with the organisation of performances and excursions
- hand out notices
- collect permission slips for excursions
- organise the movement of equipment
- liaise with the Music Student Committee on behalf of the conductor
Friends of Music
One of the most valuable aspects of the LHC Music Program is the parents and friends support group called Friends of Music.
This group provides invaluable assistance with the planning and running of musical and non-musical events.
It also assists greatly with fundraising. Without the dedication of its members, the Music Program could not run as smoothly or as successfully as it does.
“Friends of Music” meets on about 5 occasions throughout the year.
