Government
Targets
- By 2005 - Victoria will be at or above the
National Benchmark levels for reading, writing
and numeracy as they apply to all primary students
- By 2010 - 90% of young people in Victoria
will complete Year 12 or its equivalent
- By 2005 - the percentage of young people aged
15 to 19 in rural and regional Victoria engaged
in education and training will increase by 6%

Student Achievement
To continue improvement of student achievement
in years 7-10 as measured against the CSF To continue
improvement of student achievement in VCE results
in all studies and results in alternative post
compulsory options including VCAL
Curriculum Provision
To provide access to a planned, sequenced
and accredited curriculum for all students. This
curriculum will be engaging, comprehensive and
appropriately challenging, reflecting individual
learning styles and needs.
Environment Goal
To establish a supportive and rigorous
learning environment leading to positive and focused
student attitudes to learning, to achievement
and to school
Management Goal
To ensure College Management practices facilitate:
- Enhanced and productive leadership and management
in all leadership positions across the College
- Collaborative and collegiate decision making
- Shared values and beliefs.
- Enhanced and supportive staff welfare practice
Resource Goals
- To develop, maintain and allocate financial/physical
resources and facilities in line with the school's
established goals and priorities
- To align allocation of financial resources
to meet the priority in current charter

Achievement will be to improve student performance
outcomes by enhancing learning programs and attitudes
to learning.
